• Payments made for services rendered or in progress are non-refundable
• Termination does not obligate RizForge to provide additional work beyond the termination date

If a client chooses to terminate a contract due to service refusal, value alignment, or any other reason, RizForge bears no obligation to refund completed or partially completed services.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

• All original designs, systems, and content created by RizForge remain our intellectual property until full payment is received
• Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use delivered materials for their intended business purpose

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or reuse deliverables beyond the agreed scope without written permission.

8. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

RizForge may use third-party platforms such as:

• CRM and automation software
• Messaging providers
• Hosting and analytics services

We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by third-party providers.

9. SMS, Email & Communications
