The Brief

We get on a call and go through your product, your brand direction, and what you're bringing to the table. Standard or Custom is determined here based on what you have and what you need.

Build

Theme setup, product configuration, asset creation (if Custom), email flows, integrations — all handled in parallel. You don't touch Shopify admin until the store is ready for your review.

Review + Refine

Store presented for your approval. One round of revisions included. We address feedback before anything goes live.

Launch + Handoff

Store launched, tested on mobile and desktop, and handed off with a walkthrough so you know how to manage products, orders, and inventory going forward.

Standard builds typically completed in 5–7 business days. Custom builds 10–14 business days depending on asset creation scope.

Standard pricing assumes brand assets, product photos, and copy are provided by the client. Missing assets are scoped separately.

Shopify. It's the most reliable e-commerce platform for product-based businesses — easy to manage after handoff, integrates with everything, and scales as your store grows.
Yes. You'll need your own Shopify plan — Basic starts at $39/mo. We'll help you get set up on the right plan during onboarding.
Standard is for clients who already have their brand, product photos, and copy ready. You bring the ingredients, we build the store. Custom is for clients who need assets created — product visuals, launch video, advanced customization. If you're not sure which you need, the brief call will make it clear.
Send the URL before the call. Depending on what's there, it may be faster to rebuild than to fix. We'll give you an honest assessment.
The welcome flow is included in both tiers. Custom includes a fuller suite — abandoned cart, post-purchase, and browse abandonment. You'll need your own Klaviyo account — the free plan covers you until you hit 500 contacts.
Product updates and minor changes aren't part of the build scope but can be quoted separately. For ongoing site management, ask about the Management + Smart Engine service.
