TERMS OF SERVICE — RizForge

By engaging RizForge for any service — whether through this website, a proposal, an onboarding form, or any direct communication — you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before proceeding.
1. Services
RizForge is a web design and digital marketing agency based in Central Florida. Services include custom website builds, branding and visual identity, Google Business Profile setup, reputation management, social media content production, AI reels, and Meta ads management. The specific scope of any engagement is defined at the time of agreement and confirmed in writing before work begins.
All services are subject to availability. RizForge reserves the right to decline any project request at its discretion.
2. Project Initiation & Scope
Work begins only after the setup fee or project deposit has been received in full and all required client assets have been provided — including but not limited to logins, photos, copy, and brand materials.
Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required assets do not affect the project fee or payment schedule. Timelines are reset from the date all assets are received.
The scope of each project is defined in the proposal or service agreement. Anything outside that scope is a change order and will be quoted separately before any additional work begins.
3. Revisions
Project-based services include two rounds of revisions after initial delivery. A revision round is defined as a single consolidated set of feedback submitted at one time. Revision requests submitted separately or after the revision rounds are exhausted will be quoted as additional work.
Revisions do not include scope changes, new sections, or requests that fundamentally alter the direction of the original deliverable.
4. Payment Terms
Setup fees and project deposits are due before work begins. RizForge does not begin any project without payment confirmed.
Monthly retainers are billed on the same date each month via Stripe. Retainer billing continues until the client provides written notice of cancellation in accordance with Section 6.
For print-on-demand and business card orders, print costs are passed through at exact supplier cost. A full invoice is provided before any order is placed. Print orders are not submitted until payment is confirmed.
Ad spend for Meta or Google campaigns is always paid directly by the client to the platform. RizForge never handles client ad spend. The management fee is separate and covers strategy, creative production, and campaign management only.
5. Refunds
Setup fees and project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If RizForge is unable to begin a project after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
6. Cancellation
Either party may cancel an ongoing retainer with 14 days written notice sent to info@rizforge.com. Access to any tools, subaccounts, or platforms managed by RizForge on the client's behalf will be transferred or deactivated at the end of the final paid period.
Project-based engagements may be cancelled by the client before delivery, but the deposit or setup fee is forfeited. If a project is cancelled after significant work has been completed, the full project fee may be due depending on the stage of completion.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and all required assets within agreed timelines. The client is also responsible for maintaining their own platform accounts — including Shopify, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Meta Business Manager, and Google — and for all associated subscription fees.
RizForge operates as a service provider, not an employee or business partner. All final decisions regarding business direction, messaging, and strategy remain with the client.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all final deliverables produced specifically for their project — including website files, logos, and brand assets. RizForge retains ownership of all source files, frameworks, proprietary code structures, and tooling used in production unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
RizForge reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, on this website, and across its marketing channels unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project completion.
9. Third-Party Platforms
RizForge works within third-party platforms including GoHighLevel, Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google, and Hostinger. RizForge is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by these platforms. Any platform subscription costs are the responsibility of the client.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RizForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or this website — including but not limited to lost revenue, lost leads, or ad campaign performance outcomes.
Results from digital marketing services including SEO, ads, and social content are not guaranteed. RizForge will apply professional effort and best practices, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to factors outside its control including algorithm changes, market conditions, and ad platform policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
12. Changes to These Terms
RizForge reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of RizForge services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
